Whoo hoo! Time for the geeky stuff. Atleast on the Talosian end. Here are the "tech specs" for the Talosian ships, complete with Diagrams courtsey of Ellen ^.^.
The Talosian Republic Starforce is refitting their ships with enhanced jump-warp drives and computer systems, but also the refitted ships have a "new look" to them as well.
Edit: Talosian designs have been improved and re-designed thanks to Ellen! I've updated the images accourdingly. I like the new designs, while they still display influence from federation ship types, the "ring" among certain other new features and nacelle design make them look more "clean and modern" as well as making them look unique enough that they aren't just a fan looking class of Star Trek ships but their own unique designs. Enjoy!
And once again, thanks Ellen!

Talosian ships are much lighter then Confederate ships. They are more manuverable and their energy weapons are focused to deliver powerful concentrated hit and run attacks and even dog-fighting (*ducks from the unintended pun o.o*) with their capital ships, exploiting weaknesses and blindspots vs a traditional sustained slugfest. Obviously Talosian ships are VERY POOR for sustained fire fights, and their maneuverability is key. A Talosian ship with engines disabled is a duck in the water. Wolfhound Class: Heavy Cruiser (MK II Refit)The Wolfhound Class Heavy Cruiser is the 2nd largest and most heavily armed of all Talosian vessels. It supports a redundant sublight drive engine in the case the primary sublight drive is disabled. It has the most advanced weapon tracking system in the entire Talosian fleet, and sports 8 turreted ion cannons spread throughout the upper and lower hulls, in addition to the banks designed for dedicated forward and rear firing, making it one of the few Talosian vessels with a 360 degree arc of fire. Length- 500 meters Breadth- 200 meters Height- 75 meters Decks: 27 Crew: 500 officers, 1,500 marines FTL drive: Fusion reactor powered Albicurre Warp Drive; 3 warp field generator emitter arrays (nacelles) Sublight Drive: 2 VASIMR plasma drive systems Armament: 8 ion disruptor cannons (turrets) spread along the hull 2 Forward mounted ion disruptors (internal emitter) 4 Forward mounted plasma torpedo emitter 1 Rear mounted ion disruptor (internal emitter) 4 Rear mounted plasma torpedo emitters Armor: Medium weight reactive abrasive armor- ion charged. Sensors: Standard Talosian scanners, magnetic sensors Other devices: ECM jamming relay, EMP generator Launch bay(s): 2 (aft) Fighters: 5 squadrons Whippet class interceptor fighters 1 squadron Pitbull escort fighters Shuttles: 10 Dalmatian class transport shuttles 20 Bulldog class Marine Assault craft

Mastiff Class Carrier(woot! Ellen got the diagrams done! Thank you ^.^) The Mastiff Class Carrier is the largest vessel in the Talosian fleet. It is still much smaller then most carriers and is more suited as a fighter support vessel vs. a full-fledged squadron cruiser. The carrier has twin main sublight engines that keep the ship swift and agile in spite of its size, and has one secondary sublight engine in reserve. Since most Talosian vessels have at least a few squadrons of interceptor fighters, carriers are only used for planetary assaults and in situations where more interceptors are needed. Only a handful of Mastiff Class carriers therefore are in active duty. Length- 600m Breadth- 250m Height- 90m Decks: 32 Crew: 400 Officers, 250 pilots, 2,000 marines FTL drive: Fusion reactor powered Albicurre Warp Drive; 4 warp field generator emitter arrays (nacelles) Sublight Drive: 3 VASIMR plasma drive systems- two primary one secondary Armament: 8 Quad Light-pulse (laser) turrets (anti-fighter weapon, is not effective or powerful enough to significantly damage capital ships) with 360-degree arc of fire. 2 Forward Ion disruptors 2 Aft Ion Disruptors Armor: Medium weight reactive abrasive armor- ion charged. Sensors: Standard Talosian scanners, magnetic sensors Other devices: ECM jamming relay Launch bay(s): 4 (2 aft, 2 Forward) Fighters: 15 squadrons Whippet class interceptor fighters 5 squadron Pitbull escort fighters -> This is a typical configuration. Actual fighter compliments for Mastiff class depend on the situation Shuttles: 20 Dalmatian Class Transport Shuttles 30 Bulldog Class Marine Assault craft

Doberman Class Cruiser (MK II Refit)The Doberman class Cruiser is the backbone of the Talosian warfleet. Balancing firepower with finesse and speed, Doberman class cruisers are very versitile ships. The MK II Refit includes a highly specalized secondary hull often carrying additional advanced sensor and communication equipment making the Doberman class cruiser highly versitile for long range missions. Length- 300 meters Breadth- 100 meters Height- 50 meters Decks: 21 Crew: 350 officers, 750 marines FTL drive: Fusion reactor powered Albicurre Warp Drive; 2 warp field generator emitter arrays (nacelles) Sublight Drive: VASIMR plasma drive system 2 primary Armament: 2 Forward mounted ion disruptors (internal emitter) 2 Forward mounted plasma torpedo emitter 2 Rear mounted ion disruptor (internal emitter) 1 Rear mounted plasma torpedo emitter Armor: Medium weight reactive abrasive armor- ion charged. Sensors: Enhanced Talosian Sensor POD MK II, subspace and magnetic sensors Other devices: ECM jamming relay, EMP generator Advanced Communication relay- All standard in the secondary POD section of the ship under the main hull. Launch bay(s): 1 (aft) Fighters: 2 squadrons Whippet class interceptor fighters 1-squadron Pitbull escort fighters Shuttles: 5 Dalmatian class transport shuttles 5 Bulldog class Marine Assault craft

Greyhound Class Light cruiser (MK II Refit)The Greyhound Class, like its name is the fastest and most maneuverable capital ship in the fleet. Small formations of Greyhound class light cruiser can quickly turn what would normally be a capital ship slugfest into a real dogfight. The external weapon pods can be replaced with sensor pods or specific labs and medical bays, making the Greyhound the most adaptable ship in the fleet. Length- 150 meters Breadth- 100 meters (from the tip of each weapon POD, more like 75m if your just counting the actual hull) Height- 35 meters Decks: 15 Crew: 150 officers, 200 marines FTL drive: Fusion reactor powered Albicurre Warp Drive; 2 warp field generator emitter arrays (nacelles) Sublight Drive: VASIMR plasma drive system one primary Armament: 2 Forward mounted ion disruptors (internal emitter- weapon POD) 2 Forward mounted plasma torpedo emitter (internal emitter- weapon POD) 1 Rear mounted Ion disruptor- main hull (internal emitter) Armor: Lightweight reactive abrasive armor- ion charged. Sensors: Standard Talosian scanners, magnetic sensors (specialized scientific sensors/ Medical PODs- alternate configuration to TSF military variant) Other devices: None standard- though special sensor packages are used to convert the versatile greyhound class ship into an armed science ship. Launch bay(s): 1 (aft) Fighters: 1 squadron Whippet class interceptor fighters Shuttles: 5 Dalmatian class transport shuttles

Shetland Class EscortThe Shetland Class Escort is the smallest of the Talosian Navy's Capital ships. This small, quick and versitle craft is often used as patrol ships to monitor shipping lanes and intercept pirates. Shetland class escorts are almost allways run in squadrons of 2-4 when on patrol if not escorting other Talosian naval ships. Length- 75 meters Breadth- 50 meters Height- 20 meters Decks: 8 Crew: 75 officers, 50 marines FTL drive: Fusion reactor powered Albicurre Warp Drive; 2 warp field generator emitter arrays (nacelles) Sublight Drive: Twin micro VASIMR plasma drive system Armament: 1 Forward mounted ion disruptor (internal emitter- weapon POD) 2 Forward mounted plasma torpedo emitters (internal emitter- weapon POD) Armor: Lightweight reactive abrasive armor- ion charged. Sensors: Standard Talosian scanners, magnetic sensors Other devices: None Launch bay(s): 1 (aft) Shuttles: 4 Dalmatian class transport shuttles or fighters
